Refund policy

 

We want you to love your VyrseActive purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it along with proof of purchase. Items eligible for a return must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Original tags attached
  • Original packaging included
  • No odors, stains, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@vyrseactive.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Returns sent without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

VyrseActive reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, misuse, alteration, abuse of the return policy, or failure to meet the return requirements outlined above.

Items that do not pass inspection may be returned to the customer at their expense.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We will review the issue and work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

  • Items returned without original tags attached

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We encourage exchanges whenever possible. If you need a different size, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you based on product availability.

The fastest way to receive a replacement item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once your return has been approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
